CBSE might revise the syllabus for betterment of students & their development: Parents, teachers can send suggestions till April 6
With the intention of all round development of students, the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD) is inviting for suggestion on revising curriculum/syllabus/subject contents for classes 1 to 12, now the question arises that ” WHAT IS THE NEED TO REVISE THE SYLLABUS ?’ it is so because ,the objective is to make the content more balanced in subjects offered from Class 1 to 12 as prescribed by NCERT/CBSE, a ministry statement read. “Though the existing curriculum does incorporate these skills, however, the load of curriculum in cognitive and analytical area seems to be so heavy that students practically do not get much time to develop skills in other area.” specific suggestions are invited from teachers, academics, students, parents and other stakeholders associated with school education, & will be entertained if they are found appropriate. How to give suggestions: Suggestions could be made latest by April 6, (Friday). It will be appreciated if suggestions are precise. It is assured that your personal details will remain confidential.
